2. Data We Collect and Access
ℹ️ Core App Features Do NOT Require Location: You can use the primary job monitoring and accessibility assistance features without granting location permissions. Location access is only needed if you choose to enable optional features like GPS spoofing or distance-based filtering.
2.1 Location Data (OPTIONAL - Only for GPS Spoofing & Distance Filtering)
📍 Location Data is OPTIONAL: This app CAN access your device's location data, but ONLY if you choose to enable location-based features. Here's exactly what we do:
What Location Data We Access:
- Precise Location (GPS): Your device's GPS coordinates when you use location-based features
- Approximate Location: Network-based location for less precise positioning
- Background Location: Location access when the app is running in the background (only when location features are active)
Why We Access Location (OPTIONAL FEATURES ONLY):
- GPS Spoofing Feature (Optional): To enable virtual check-in at delivery warehouse locations - you must manually enable this feature
- Distance Filtering (Optional): To filter job opportunities based on distance from your location - only if you configure distance-based filters
- Location-Based Preferences (Optional): To help you set location-specific automation rules - only if you choose to use this feature
- Warehouse Coordination (Optional): To facilitate automated check-in processes - only if you enable GPS spoofing
✅ You Control Location Access: Location permissions are NOT requested automatically. The app will only ask for location permissions when you attempt to enable GPS spoofing or distance-based filtering. If you never use these features, location permissions are never requested.
How We Use Location:
- Local Processing Only: All location data is processed locally on your device
- GPS Spoofing Service: When enabled, the app can modify your device's reported location to match warehouse coordinates
- Distance Calculations: Calculate distance between your location and job opportunities
- Filter Matching: Match jobs within your specified distance preferences
Location Data Storage:
- Not Transmitted: Location data is NEVER transmitted to our servers or third parties
- Not Stored Permanently: Location coordinates are only held in memory during active use
- User Preferences Only: We only store your chosen warehouse locations and distance filter settings locally
- Deleted on Uninstall: All location preferences are removed when you uninstall the app
Location Permissions Control:
- Grant Only When Needed: You can decline location permissions and use all core monitoring features
- Revoke Anytime: Revoke through Android Settings → Apps → GhostTap → Permissions
- Optional Features Only: Only GPS spoofing and distance filtering require location; job monitoring does NOT
- No Impact on Core Features: Denying location permissions does not affect accessibility service, job monitoring, notifications, or automation

The following is accessed for core app functionality (not optional):

- Authentication Data: Minimal data via Firebase for secure user authentication
2.3 Other Data We Do NOT Collect
We explicitly do NOT collect or transmit:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Delivery platform login credentials
- Job offer details or earnings data to external servers
- Device identifiers for tracking purposes

- Screenshots or screen recordings

3. How the App Works

Privacy Notice: All processing happens locally on your device. No data is transmitted to our servers or third parties.
4. AccessibilityServices API Usage
Purpose
We use AccessibilityServices API to help users with disabilities or physical limitations interact with delivery platform applications. This includes:
- Motor Disability Support: Users with limited hand mobility or dexterity
- RSI/Arthritis Relief: Reducing repetitive stress on hands and fingers
- Physical Strain Reduction: Minimizing prolonged tapping and screen interaction
- Injury Recovery: Assisting users recovering from hand, wrist, or arm injuries

- Screen content from delivery platform apps only (when user enables the service)
- UI elements (buttons, text) necessary for accessibility assistance
- On-screen information that would normally require repeated manual tapping to view
Data Usage
- Read on-screen information to assist users with visual monitoring

- Perform taps on behalf of users who experience pain from repetitive actions

Data Storage
Screen information is temporarily processed in device memory for accessibility purposes and immediately discarded. No persistent storage of delivery platform data occurs.

This app is not a medical device. Users with medical conditions should consult healthcare professionals before use. This app is designed to reduce physical strain but does not replace proper medical treatment for repetitive strain injuries or other conditions.
5. Local Data Storage
The app stores the following data locally on your device:

This data never leaves your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app.
